Forbidden Words, referred to as the Application in this document, is a free software developed by Lively Koding that enables creating and editing sets of words called “decks” for use in the gameplay mode of the Application, which is inspired by a popular social game, the Taboo. The Application does not acquire any personal information or sensitive user data. It is however possible to store data created by a user within the Application in a way described in details below. Application settings

User can set up various aspects of the application and gameplay details. Those data will be stored locally in application’s configuration file. Removing data of application will effectively delete all settings. These files are stored exclusively on user’s device and are never shared.

Decks

User content can be created with the help of the Application. Set of words prepared for gameplay is called a “Deck” inside the Application. Any deck created by user will be stored as regular file on user’s device. Those files cannot be shared directly within the application.

User can load any deck created by them selves or obtained from other users. Sharing files is not a part of this Application and every user is solely responsible for verifying all files before they will be used within application. Locations of all decks loaded by a user are stored in the Application settings to enable easy access. User can remove any of their files or remove all settings by clearing application’s data.

How long are your data stored

All of your data are stored only on your device for indefinite period of time. You can remove them at any time manually, by clearing application’s data from system level or by uninstalling the Application. User’s own device is the only location that those data are stored.

Where can your data be sent

Application will never share your data with anyone or send them anywhere. You are the only owner of data you created with the Application. As the author of content you can decide to share some of your files created with the help of the Application with other people. No data will be ever sent without your knowledge.
