After staying for few years in Thailand I started to feel the need to improve my reading – especially to correctly detect proper tones in written text. I started learning from online resources and soon realized small tool on my mobile would greatly improve my learning process.

This is how i ended up building Read Thai application. The idea is simple: small tool with all most important rules for reading Thai that you can quickly launch while learning or just reading something.

As for good, extensive learning resources I can recommend thai-langauge.com website that should cover all your basic needs for Thai grammar rules and more. This is what I used for learning and for building my application.
